Pricing questions
What happens after the 60-day pilot?+
You keep everything you built. Continue on Growth or Enterprise under a signed order form, or export your data. There is no automatic charge.
Is there a per-redemption fee?+
No. Plans are flat monthly fees. Very high volumes (over 2 million redemptions a month) are priced on Enterprise.
Do you invoice in Vietnam?+
Yes. VyForge Company Limited issues VAT e-invoices in VND. Bank transfer, monthly or yearly.
Can we pay yearly?+
Yes, yearly billing gets two months free on Growth.
